A transformational development experience for executives, senior leaders, and high-potential talent

Leadership today unfolds in environments marked by volatility, intensifying expectations, and relentless change. Leaders are asked to drive results while fostering trust, embodying values, and staying steady under pressure. In this climate, leadership is not a static function. It is a living presence felt in meetings, messages, and moments of crisis and opportunity.

That’s why presence matters. Presence gives leaders a consistent internal framework for how they show up, make decisions, and lead others. When that presence is defined and cultivated, leaders grow more legible, influence expands, and teams respond with greater trust, clarity, and speed. Presence becomes the signal the system organizes around, shaping alignment, culture, and execution.

Developing Your Leadership Presence (DYLP) is a cohort-based virtual workshop delivered in three high-impact modules. It helps leaders articulate their identity, strengthen executive presence, and activate influence across teams and systems.

Who This Experience Is For

  •  C-suite executives navigating rapid organizational change, culture evolution, and increased stakeholder visibility.
  •  Senior leaders expanding their span of influence and aligning how they show up with what’s now expected of them.
  •  Emerging leaders stepping into greater visibility and decision-making roles, building the foundation for confidence, presence, and communication.

Why Presence Work Matters

Most leadership programs focus on behavior: what to say, how to manage, when to delegate. Presence goes deeper. It begins with identity (authenticity, empathy, intuition) and extends into how leaders communicate, influence, and hold trust under pressure.

When presence is unclear, people feel it: trust weakens, decision-making slows, and mixed signals create confusion. When presence is steady, systems accelerate. Trust rises, decisions move faster, and alignment sharpens.

The Transformation

After this workshop, leaders emerge with a new operating system: calm in crisis, precise under pressure, and powerful in ways that move teams through influence, not force. They are remembered not just for what they decided, but for how they made others feel safe, seen, and supported.

This shift changes entire systems. A clear, consistent presence becomes the signal people rally around. Ambiguity decreases. Decisions speed up. Creative problem-solving flourishes. That clarity becomes velocity—the ultimate ROI for leaders and their organizations.

Workshop Modules

Module 1: Identity
Leaders begin by looking inward to examine the root sources of identity and how they shape leadership instincts.

  • Explore formative experiences and internal drivers.
  • Clarify authenticity, empathy, and intuition as core traits of presence.
  • Identify the intrinsic, extrinsic, and systemic dimensions of leadership.

Module 2: Philosophy
Leaders translate self-awareness into a leadership stance that guides behavior and decisions.

  • Draft 5–8 personal tenets that reflect how you lead.
  • Align behaviors with clearly articulated values.
  • Test your tenets in real conversations and receive feedback.

Module 3: Presence
Leaders integrate identity and philosophy into real-time leadership behavior.

  • Strengthen executive presence through tone, timing, and energetic consistency.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently in moments of ambiguity or pressure.
  • Lead in ways that build trust, influence, and systemic alignment.

What You’ll Practice

This is a skills-based experience designed for immediate application. You will practice:

  • The Alignment Check: A daily ritual for anchoring authenticity.
  • Empathic Recall: Using memory to deepen empathy in the present.
  • Strategic Pause: Bringing intuition into high-stakes decisions.
  • Influence Mapping: Identifying hidden networks of trust and authority.

Each practice strengthens presence as a habit, not a performance.
