I would not be here if it weren’t for Healers.

Healers helped me love my body, understand my mind, rewire my nervous system, find my soul.

I know that healing is a calling, not just a career. I know that the work you do contributes directly to raising consciousness and spreading more joy and justice in the world.

I also know that many healers struggle with branding and marketing themselves. You have integrity. You care about consent. You don’t want to reduce healing into slogans. At the same time, you want your practice to grow. You want the right people to find you. You want your income to reflect the value of your gifts.

That’s why I created a version of F the Formula specifically for healers. I want you to have a space where you can work on your brand with other healers. The focus is simple: say clearly what you believe about healing, structure your business in a way that protects that belief, and let growth come from alignment rather than pressure.

What F the Formula Is

F the Formula is a five-session live brand coaching cohort built on the principles of non-algorithm branding.

It teaches five marketing practices you need to grow your brand in a way that honors your sanity and your soul

It challenges formulaic marketing and replaces it with language, positioning, and systems that are fully and uniquely yours.

The Five Modules

1. Finding Your Voice

We clarify what you believe about healing and translate that into language you can use on your website, in consults, and in real conversations. You leave with a clear way to answer “what do you do?” without reverting to modality labels or industry-speak.

2. You Are Not a Commodity

We define what makes your work distinct beyond your certifications and techniques. You build a simple, repeatable way to describe your approach so the right people can recognize fit, and the wrong people can sort themselves out

3. You Have Shit to Say

We build a sane way to share your ideas and wisdom with the world.. You create a structure for content that comes from your actual work and your actual insights, so trust grows over time and you stop relying on sporadic referral luck .

4. Protect Your Value

We align your intuition with a pricing structure and offers that reflect transformation and responsibility, not hours. We also address the patterns that lead to discounting, overgiving, or fuzzy boundaries, and replace them with a framework that honors your gifts.

5. Simplify to Scale

You will learn how to systemize thought-leadership, relationship building, and marketing. We remove extra steps, tools, and unnecessary “shoulds” so you focus on what you own and what actually drives growth

How the Cohort Works

This is a live cohort with a small group of healers. We meet for five two-hour sessions. Each session follows a similar structure:

Context and alignment
Focused self-reflection exercise
Core concepts teaching.
Real-time crafting in breakouts
Group coaching and open Q&A.

You write. You share it out loud. You refine it with direct feedback. You work in small breakouts and return to the full room to sharpen your ideas again. The repetition is intentional. Saying your words out loud strengthens conviction and clarity.

Each module includes a TL;DR sheet that summarizes the core concepts and practices so they can be quickly referenced in your daily life. Each module also includes workbooks and tools to help you learn and implement the ideas outside of the classroom.

The Result

When your calling, your brand, and your business growth align, everything gets simpler.

Your calling defines why you do this work and what you believe about healing. Your brand makes that belief visible in language people understand. Your business growth reflects how clearly and consistently that message reaches the right people.

When those three parts line up, you stop feeling split. You don’t say one thing in session and another thing online. You don’t chase growth that pulls you away from your standards. You don’t take on clients who drain you just to fill your calendar.

Each cohort is capped at 21 participants.

The standard tuition for the program is $1500. If you feel like this is right for you, but don’t have the resources to pay that amount, please let me know.
